EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer free return or exchange* for orders within Canada.
Regular Priced Merchandise
• 15 days from the ship date
• 15 days, exchanges or store credit only
• After 15 days, no returns or exchanges - We're sorry but hope you understand!
• 15 days (from shipping date for online orders or receipt date for in-store purchases) for exchange or store credit only - unfortunately, there are no refunds on any sale/marked down items (includes items marked down 20% or more)
• Items that are clearly marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged or returned
• Items that are clearly marked EXCHANGE ONLY may only be exchanged for another item - no refunds or returns
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. The Shared Brand reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender.
Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.
Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee (inc. shipping costs) on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to initiate refund process. In all other cases, customers will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
We can not issue the refund if:
- Order does not arrive due to customers' negligence (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by emailing our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Free returns or exchanges means that we'll cover the cost of your orders and the item(s) coming back to us - no waiting in line at the post office to buy postage! If you are returning item(s) for a refund or store credit - the shipping charges you incurred at the time of your order will not be refunded since this was the cost to ship it out to you originally.
*The Shared Brand offers one free return to orders that have been shipped within Canada. Any additional returns or exchanges are subject to an CAD 10 return fee.
PACKAGE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Contact our customer service at email@example.com to initiate the return process.
2. Our customer support will help you with your order and provide you the best solution possible based on your case. Due to high volume, please anticipate 1-3 business days time in our response.
You will then receive an email containing all the instructions and shipping label (if applicable). Be sure to return the package within the 30 day window (30 days from the ship date)
Once your return package makes its way back to our warehouse in Whitby, Ontario, you will be issued a refund or store credit given that the items are in re-sellable condition. If you are requesting for a refund, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) plus applicable taxes - please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
*Only orders placed within Canada are eligible for free returns. Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada will be responsible for postage return.
